AP story-centric multi-format delivery platform.
I worked in the planning and research committees to identify the direction in which to drive the new service model, customer segments and user behaviors. Through design workshops and prototypes we defined the minimum viable product to test with customers through scripted interviews. We interviewed AP staff in customer support, stakeholders, program and product managers, video broadcast team in London, editorial technologies staff, editors and AP Mobile business. Using analytics, we handpicked customers to interview and test initial prototypes.
